This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS mobile application Alisha Academy Kids Learning, published by Muhammad Hamza Jahangir under the studio name Play3Studio. The app is offered in the App Store Kids Category for children ages 3-8.

We are committed to protecting children's privacy. The app is built to provide a child-friendly learning experience without collecting personal information from children or other users.

Children's Privacy and Compliance

Alisha Academy Kids Learning is a child-directed app. It is designed and operated to comply strictly with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple App Store Guideline 1.3.

We do not ask children to provide personal information. We do not create user accounts, require login credentials, request contact details, or ask for a child's name, email address, phone number, photo, voice recording, address, school information, or other personally identifiable information.

Alisha Academy Kids Learning does not collect, store, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information from children or other users.

Specifically, the app does not collect, store, or share:

• Personally identifiable information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, account identifiers, or contact information.
• Precise or approximate location data.
• Device identifiers used to identify or track a user across apps or websites.
• Behavioral data, gameplay behavior, learning progress, usage history, or interaction history linked to a child or device.
• Photos, videos, voice recordings, camera data, microphone data, contacts, calendar data, or files from the user's device.

No Cookies, Analytics, or Profiling

The app does not use cookies, analytics tracking, fingerprinting, cross-app tracking, or user profiling.

We do not use analytics SDKs to monitor children. We do not build behavioral profiles, interest profiles, advertising profiles, or learning profiles. We do not track a child over time or across third-party apps, websites, or services.

Advertising Services

We use Kidoz as our exclusive third-party contextual advertising service.

Kidoz is certified by the PRIVO COPPA Safe Harbor program. Kidoz does not track users, collect personal identifiers, or build behavioral profiles. Kidoz's publicly documented practices and policies include strict manual human review of all ad creatives to verify relevance and age appropriateness before they are served to users. Advertising in the app is intended to be contextual and age-appropriate. We do not permit behavioral advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, or tracking-based advertising in the app.

Parental Rights

Because we do not collect personal information from children, there is no child personal information for parents or guardians to review, correct, delete, or request from us.

If a parent or guardian believes that personal information has been provided to us by mistake, they may contact us using the contact information below. If we discover that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

Third-Party Links and External Services

The app does not require children to visit external websites or social platforms. Any parent-facing links, support links, or policy links should be accessed by an adult.

We do not include social media sharing, chat features, public profiles, leaderboards, or child-to-child communication features in the app.

In-App Purchases and Payments

Alisha Academy Kids Learning does not collect payment card numbers, billing addresses, or other payment information. If the app offers any App Store purchase, that purchase is handled by Apple under Apple's own policies and systems.
